· Performs project management functions for assigned tasks, projects or committees; manages multiple tasks at the same time.
· Fosters collaborative relationships with external agencies and guides the development of educational agreements with graduate, pre-, and post-graduate institutions
· Assists in performing ROI for new initiatives business models, service lines or site acquisitions; performs financial analysis on complex provider or site acquisition contracts
· Assists CMO and Sr. Administrator with provider compensation program
· Interfaces and coordinates with the IT/Quality for indicators, outcomes and metrics for the Medical Department
· Manages data requests and needs for the Medical Department; creates and maintains Excel spreadsheet and databases to meet the needs of the department
· Performs in depth data and information analysis
· Provides administrative support to the CMO, Deputy Medical Directors and Sr. Administrator as needed
· Receives and resolves providers’ questions and requests or route appropriate.
· Assists Medical Department to identify referral options and fosters collaborative relationships with external agencies
· Coordinates the process for provider evaluations and assists in gather data necessary for the process.

- College degree required
- 2-3 years of work experience in the healthcare or finance area
- Strong business and accounting skills
- Strong computer skills and experience with spreadsheets
