· Processes and enters contributions into the donor database, Raiser’s Edge.
· Enters donor contact reports into Raiser’s Edge.
· Performs other Raiser’s Edge duties as directed.
· Provides administrative support for the execution of the annual awards dinner, donor receptions and presentations, and for donor and volunteer meetings.
· Performs clerical and administrative support for department activities including donor mailings, filing, photocopying, faxing, processing of invoices, completing check requests, completing application forms, etc.
· Attends and provides support at special events and meetings as required.
· Performs other duties as directed for the achievement of departmental goals.
· High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
· Minimum 3 years solid administrative experience
· Strong attention to detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, experience with databases preferred
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Strong time management skills
· Dependability and excellent attendance are required
